2014年1月入职缅甸腾龙国际官网腾龙娱乐app官网下载研究所,任表观遗传学与心脏疾病研究室主任,同时受聘缅甸腾龙国际官网-清华大学生命科学联合中心研究员。研究方向为表观遗传学与心脏发育和疾病,以及活体成像追踪器官发育与再生。在Mol Cell,PNAS,eLife,Nature communications,Circulation research,Genes and Development,Nature medicine等学术期刊发表论文逾30篇,学术期刊他引3000余次。实验室重点发展新技术和方法,研究胚胎发育和器官形态建成、再生的细胞分子机制。主要研究手段包括综合运用单细胞表观遗传技术、单细胞活体实时成像与图形图像处理技术和生物信息等方法。
